A flagship educational center supporting the pipeline of major infrastructure projects, civil construction works, and residential developments—as well as future initiatives aimed at servicing Western Sydney’s rapidly growing population—has been designed to accommodate up to 3,500 enrolments by 2030, with an expected intake of 700 apprentices per year. Our team set up the BIM360 platform to streamline collaboration and ensure real-time data management. We resolved clashes with other services and efficiently addressed all issues using Revizto. Our 3D modeling, coordination drawings, and workshop documentation provided all necessary details for ductwork fabrication, installation, and seamless execution. We also worked closely with the Acoustic Engineer to ensure all design requirements were met. We provided a full range of mechanical drafting services, including: • Approval drawings and construction workshop drawings • Roof equipment layouts coordinated with solar panels and allowing adequate space for maintenance • Schematics, riser, and builder's work drawings • RCP layouts • Air terminal and duct accessories schedules
