Orbit Engineering Services Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned and operated HVAC design and drafting company based in Sydney, NSW.
We specialise in mechanical services drafting, BIM modelling, coordination, and design documentation for projects of all sizes — from residential developments to large commercial and infrastructure projects.
With more than 18 years of industry experience, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality, accurate, and cost-effective HVAC documentation that meets Australian Standards and client expectations.
Our journey began in 2005, when our founder started working in Australia as an HVAC Design Draftsperson and Revit Modeller with leading Tier 1 companies such as Hastie Australia and MMM Group.
After gaining extensive local experience in design, coordination, and project delivery, he established Orbit Engineering Services in 2018 to provide reliable and efficient drafting support to HVAC contractors and consultants.
Today, Orbit Engineering Services has grown into a collaborative international team, with ten highly skilled drafters and modellers in India and two professionals in Australia, working together to provide precise drafting and BIM solutions from LOD 200 to LOD 500.
Our team uses the latest design technologies and BIM platforms to ensure seamless coordination, efficient communication, and high-quality deliverables for every project.
