Project Overview
We successfully delivered detailed HVAC drafting for the Sutherland Hospital Operating Theatre Upgrade, featuring 12 new operating theatres, 3 wards, isolation rooms, and a kitchen. The project included 22 AHUs, 2 chillers, and 2 cooling towers, executed within a challenging, space-restricted environment.Using BIM360, we provided approval and workshop drawings, ensuring compliance and seamless ductwork fabrication with precise manufacturing details. Our expertise in clash detection, coordination, and efficient drafting solutions played a key role in the project’s successful completion within six months.
