We successfully provided comprehensive HVAC drafting services for the The newly refurbished Parramatta Police Station features 1116m2 in 95 Marsden St, Parramatta NSW 2150, Australia. Our team worked closely with the mechanical engineers to ensure that all design standards and codes were strictly followed. Since this project is a police station, we also adhered to all relevant safety and security standards. All floors, including the plantroom and roof equipment, were fully coordinated and included in our submission. During roof coordination, we ensured sufficient access to all equipment and avoided clashes with the solar panels. In our modeling process, we carefully followed all acoustic requirements provided by the engineering team. We provided a full range of drafting services, including: - Drawings from Approval Stage to As-Built - Coordinated layouts with other services - Schematics and Builder’s Work layouts - Air Terminal and Duct Accessories schedules
