Mona Vale SurfLife Saving Club and Beach Amenities

The original Mona Vale Surf Life Saving Club (SLSC) was demolished to make way for a new two-story facility, constructed with a similar footprint to the existing building. The new facility includes a 70-seats café and 90-seats restaurant. Our scope was involved in the HVAC modeling for the Surf Club, which included 3D Modelling a cold shell for the new café on the ground floor, a restaurant on the first level, as well as areas for storage, a canteen, gym, function space, and bar area. Our workshop and coordination drawings provided accurate details for ductwork fabrication and equipment placement, optimizing system performance and installation efficiency.
