Fort Street Public School

The Fort Street Public School project involves the redevelopment of existing heritage-significant buildings located on upper Fort Street, Millers Point. The project consists of six buildings: Buildings A & D, Building F, Building M, Building C, Buildings J & H, and Building G. The scope includes construction drawings of new buildings up to four storeys high. Heritage buildings proposed to be retained include the Fort Street Public School Building (Fort St PS), Messengers Cottage, Building B, and the Meteorology Building (MET). Our team established the BIM360 platform to streamline collaboration and ensure real-time data management. We followed the BIM EXECUTION PLAN for File naming, Data Structuring, Asset Management. We resolved service clashes and delivered 3D modelling, coordination drawings, and workshop documentation to provide all necessary details for ductwork fabrication, installation, and seamless project execution. We provided a full range of mechanical drafting services, including: • Approval drawings and construction workshop drawings • Piping connections to existing connection points • Schematics, riser diagrams, and builder's work drawings • RCP (Reflected Ceiling Plan) layouts • Air terminal and duct accessory schedules
