We successfully delivered comprehensive HVAC drafting services for a major shopping mall renovation, covering Basement 1-2, Ground, Ground Mezzanine, Levels 1-3, Roof, and parking up to the roof. This project involved integrating new mechanical systems within an existing structure, requiring precise coordination and detailed planning. Our team set up the BIM360 platform to streamline collaboration and ensure real-time data management. We conducted clash detection and efficiently resolved all clashes by documenting and managing them on the BIMCollab cloud platform. Our 3D modeling, coordination drawings, and workshop documentation provided all necessary details for ductwork fabrication, installation, and seamless execution. Our mechanical contractor, ECJV, provided invaluable support in the coordination process, helping us efficiently resolve challenges and achieve project targets. Working within an active retail environment, we successfully navigated space constraints and existing services, ensuring an optimized, efficient, and cost-effective HVAC system integration.
