Orbit Engineering Services provided high-quality mechanical drafting services for a major educational sector project. Our scope included the development of detailed plant room drawings. We utilized BIM 360 for collaboration and conducted clash detection to ensure seamless data integration in accordance with the BEP (BIM Execution Plan). Our workshop and coordination drawings delivered precise details for ductwork fabrication and equipment placement, optimizing system performance and installation efficiency. We participated in weekly coordination meetings with the architect and other sub-disciplines to address and resolve issues raised throughout the week. We provided a full range of mechanical drafting services, including: • Approval drawings and construction workshop drawings • Plant room equipment layouts, fully coordinated and allowing adequate space for maintenance • Schematics, riser diagrams, and builder's work drawings • Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) layouts • Air terminal and duct accessories schedules • Facility Management (FM) Data Integration
