1 Denison Street is a 37-level, 158-meter-tall Premium Grade commercial tower, serving as the Australian headquarters for Nine Entertainment Co. and other major organizations. We successfully completed the mechanical drafting contract for this landmark project in 2019. Scope of Work Our team provided comprehensive mechanical drafting solutions for the central plant room serving the entire building. Key systems and equipment included: Chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, hot water generators, pumps, and heat exchangers Chilled water, hot water, and secondary condenser water systems We delivered high-precision single-line diagrams, floor plan layouts, risers, builder’s works coordination, workshop drawings, and LOD500 as-built documentation. Our expertise ensured efficient mechanical system integration, seamless coordination across disciplines, and strict compliance with project requirements.
